He has issues with fakes, frauds, leftists, pinkos, Commies all sorts (whether religious or not), terrorists, liturgists, Donatists,bush-league pharisees, fringers, schismatics, collection plate artistes, and flat-out lunatics (you know who you are). The Toad also is an amalgam (look it up, bunky) of several characters who write from different perspectives. (That means a bunch of people are the Toad, so don't overthink it. You'll only make your brain hurt.)
